- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups diced carrots
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
