  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the tops off the pumpkins and scoop out the seeds.
