  • 1 box elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then whisk in the flour, salt, and pepper.
  4. Slowly add the milk, stirring until the mixture thickens.
