  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm milk and melted butter, and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Roll out the dough and add turkey bacon and cheese.
  7. Shape into rolls and place them in a greased baking dish.
  8. Let the rolls rise again for about 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
