- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
