  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 32 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a large bowl, beat sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges are slightly golden.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool.
  9. Top with whipped cream, blueberries, and strawberries before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute low-fat cream cheese.
  • Expand the fruit toppings to include raspberries or blackberries for variety.
