  • 1 cup diced chicken
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and then set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. Push the ingredients to one side, crack the egg into the skillet and scramble it.
  5. Add the cooked rice and mix everything together.
  6. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
  7. Top with sliced green onions and crumbled turkey bacon before serving.
