Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine cocoa powder and hot water to make a chocolate batter.
  6. Pour half of the pumpkin batter into the prepared bundt pan, followed by the chocolate batter, and then the remaining pumpkin batter.
  7. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
