- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup hot water
