1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugars, and oil until well combined.
Add in eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture until combined.
In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth for the filling.
Fill muffin cups with batter halfway, add a spoonful of cream cheese filling, and cover with more batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes
