- 1 pound frozen hash browns
- 8 ounces pimento cheese
- 6 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the hash browns, pimento cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble and add to the mixture.
