  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  4. Add chicken ham and crumbled turkey bacon back to the skillet.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the cooked linguine and toss to combine.
