- 12 ounces spaghetti
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add olive oil, onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
