1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree and softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice. Mix until well combined.
Stir in crushed graham crackers until the mixture is thick.
Using a cookie scoop, form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, then dip each pumpkin ball into the chocolate, coating evenly.
Return the coated balls to the baking sheet and refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
