  • 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel, core, and slice the apples.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the apples with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  4. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and fill it with the apple mixture.
  5. Cover with another crust, sealing the edges.
  6. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
