- 2 cups orzo pasta
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Push bacon to side of the skillet, add chicken breasts, and sear until golden brown.
- Add orzo and chicken broth to the skillet, stir well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover, cooking until orzo is tender and chicken is cooked through.
- In the final moments, sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt.
