Million Dollar Lasagna

A deliciously rich lasagna recipe using turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for family dinners.

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 4 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a large pan, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
  4. Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture.
  5. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
  6. Layer 3 lasagna noodles, followed by a layer of the meat sauce, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
  9. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add fresh herbs to the layers.
  • Feel free to substitute any ground meat of your choice.
