- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey and chopped turkey bacon until browned.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, turkey mix, and mozzarella cheese; repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly.
