Million Dollar Lasagna

A rich and indulgent lasagna made with layers of turkey bacon and chicken ham, delivering a delightful twist on a classic comfort food.

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey and chopped turkey bacon until browned.
  4. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, turkey mix, and mozzarella cheese; repeat until all ingredients are used.
  7. Top with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly.

Notes

  • Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing for easier serving.
