  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for rolling)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for rolling.
  7. Roll the dough into balls and then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  8. Place the cookie balls on the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  10. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
