Meat Lovers Lasagna

A rich and flavorful lasagna that combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a meat lover’s delight.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 3 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon and chicken ham in a skillet until browned.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce, followed by a layer of noodles.
  5. Add half of the ricotta mixture, half of the meat mixture, and a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles and remaining sauce on top.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing for easier serving.
  • You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
