  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups spinach

Instructions
