- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms until soft.
- Add ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until turkey is browned.
- Combine the cooked mixture with chopped turkey bacon and place in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
