- 9 sheets lasagna noodles
- 2 cups pesto sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, spread a layer of pesto sauce on the bottom.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the noodles, followed by a layer of spinach and mozzarella cheese.
- Add another layer of pesto, then repeat the layers with more noodles, ricotta, spinach, and mozzarella.
- Finish with a final layer of noodles, pesto, and top with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
