Japanese BBQ Fried Rice

Delicious Japanese BBQ Fried Rice combines the flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delightful meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a pan until crispy, then remove and chop.
  2. In the same pan, add sesame oil and sauté onions, garlic, and carrots until tender.
  3. Add chicken ham and cooked rice, mix well.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Top with chopped turkey bacon and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, replace meats with tofu.
