  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 package corn tortillas
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and sour cream until well combined.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas on a skillet until pliable.
  4. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll it up.
