  • 2 cups ripe mango, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, oats, sugars, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, combine diced mango with lemon juice, and spread it over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before slicing into bars.
