Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  3. Add warm water, milk, and olive oil, then knead the dough.
  4. Let dough rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough, add turkey bacon and cheese, and roll up.
  6. Slice the rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
