- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 eggs (optional)
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
- Add garlic and ginger, then cook for another minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and chicken ham; stir to combine.
- Place the ramen noodles in the pot without breaking them.
- Close the lid, set to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure, then stir in the green onions.
- If using, soft boil the eggs separately and add to the bowls when serving.
