Instant Pot Ramen

A delicious and easy recipe for ramen made with turkey bacon and chicken ham in an Instant Pot.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 eggs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, then cook for another minute.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and chicken ham; stir to combine.
  4. Place the ramen noodles in the pot without breaking them.
  5. Close the lid, set to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
  6. Quick release the pressure, then stir in the green onions.
  7. If using, soft boil the eggs separately and add to the bowls when serving.

Notes

  • You can add any vegetables you like to enhance the dish.
  • Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
