  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree and mix until combined.
  4. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
