- 1 pound chicken thighs, diced
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mixed vegetables, steamed
- In a bowl, combine the diced chicken, hot honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
