  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables, steamed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken, hot honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
