  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then pour into a prepared baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then mix in vanilla.
  6. Spread cream cheese mixture over brownie batter.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until just set.
  8. Allow to cool and then drizzle with hot fudge sauce.
  9. Top with whipped cream and chopped nuts if desired.
  10. Slice and serve cold or at room temperature.
