- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
