  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the oat milk over medium heat until steaming.
  2. Add the gingerbread syrup, chai tea blend, cinnamon stick, and star anise.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and strain into a mug.
  5. Stir in honey if desired and enjoy.

Notes

  • For a vegan option, omit honey or substitute with maple syrup.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less syrup to your taste.
