Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt half of the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add the potatoes to the skillet and cook until tender.
