  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. Add onion and carrots to the skillet, sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in chicken ham and cook until heated through.
  5. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mix well.
  6. Push the rice to the side, pour in the beaten egg and scramble.
  7. Mix everything together, add chopped turkey bacon and green onions.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some garlic or ginger.
  • Feel free to use leftover rice for the best texture.
