Freakin’ Fantastic Fried Rice

A delicious and savory dish combining fried rice with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. Add the garlic and carrots to the skillet, sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the peas and chicken ham, cooking until heated through.
  5. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and the chopped turkey bacon back to the skillet. Stir until well combined and heated.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
