Eggs Benedict Casserole

A delicious twist on a classic breakfast dish, this Eggs Benedict Casserole is made with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for brunch or a family gathering.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  3. Layer the bread slices in the bottom of the dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread slices.
  6. Sprinkle the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese evenly on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the meats and add more vegetables.
  • Can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
