  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the cavity with onion, lemon, and rosemary.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour the chicken broth around it.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 13 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
