- 9 sheets lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and chopped turkey bacon until browned.
- In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce.
- Place a layer of noodles over the sauce, followed by a layer of the ricotta mixture, the turkey mixture, and mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with marinara sauce and mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

- For extra flavor, add fresh herbs to the meat mixture.
- Feel free to use a different type of cheese if desired.
