Easy Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix turkey bacon, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit, place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center, and fold the dough over to seal in the filling.
  5. Place the bomb on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
