Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil; mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Deflate the dough and mix in garlic and rosemary.
  7. Divide the dough into muffin tins and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
