  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, rice, Greek yogurt, tzatziki sauce, cucumber, tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and dill.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove from oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
