  • 2 cups cubed sweet potatoes
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the sausage with onions and garlic.
  3. Add sweet potatoes, thyme, and pepper and stir well.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and pour cream over the top.
  5. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender.
