Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes and Kielbasa

  • 2 pounds potatoes, diced
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. Add diced potatoes and sliced kielbasa to the mixture and stir until well coated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
  4. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.
