Crock Pot Baked Ziti

  • 12 ounces ziti pasta
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, diced
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ziti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, combine marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir well.
  4. In the crock pot, layer half of the ziti, half the marinara mixture, half the turkey bacon, and half the mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
