  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in eggs, then coat with the cheese-breadcrumb mixture.
