  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup queso cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, queso cheese, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Place a generous spoonful of the filling onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
  4. Fry the taquitos until golden brown on all sides.
