  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, carrots, and turkey bacon.
  3. In another bowl, combine the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the vegetables and bacon, stirring to coat.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheese and bread crumbs.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
