Creamy Pumpkin Pasta

A creamy and delicious pumpkin pasta dish that combines the flavors of fall with crunchy turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, combine pumpkin puree, heavy cream, and spices. Stir well.
  4. Add cooked pasta and bacon to the skillet. Mix to coat.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
