Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In one bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with the cheese mixture.
