- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
