  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in the cheese mixture.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, and add the chicken breasts, cooking until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. While the chicken is baking, prepare the garlic sauce by cooking the minced garlic in the remaining oil, then adding the heavy cream and bringing it to a simmer.
  7. Serve the chicken topped with the creamy garlic sauce.
