- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Coat each chicken breast in the cheese mixture.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, and add the chicken breasts, cooking until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the garlic sauce by cooking the minced garlic in the remaining oil, then adding the heavy cream and bringing it to a simmer.
